In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order.
If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with an additional $10.00 delivery charge.
If the recipient is not at the address you have given, our expert couriers will do their best to leave the flowers in a safe location.
If, however, we are unable to find a safe location, our drivers will bring your flowers back and we will contact the sender to arrange a new delivery time and date. In this situation we will charge an additional $10.00 delivery and administration fee.
